How I work.
Solve the actual problem
If we're not really clear what problem we're solving, we're probably designing too soon.
Lead by enabling the team
As a team grows, my own output matters less. My job is to create the conditions for other people to do great work.
Understand resistance
If somebody's resisting something, I try to understand what's behind it before I try to overcome it.
AI should amplify expertise
AI should remove low-value effort, not remove judgement. If we've made something faster but people trust it less, we haven't improved it.
